Our Quality Policy

Etiquetas Macho, S.A. wants to highlight that our Corporate Quality Policy involves directing our management and working systems to our customers' full satisfaction.

"Customer" must be understood as every user of our products, services, systems, processes or attitudes on both scopes: inside and outside the Company. Everyone who makes up this company is, at the same time, services provider and customer, and because of that we must satisfy our users’ needs and expectations as well as been served in the same way.

Etiquetas Macho resources must be managed in a way that their implementation achieves maximum satisfaction of customer’s expectations, so that it becomes necessary to know and measure objectively these expectations.

Every single member of Etiquetas Macho must fulfill his/her task as a manager of these resources and direct them towards the proposed goal.

Quality Policy basic guidelines, which must rule our performance, are summed up in the following principles:

  1. Customers are the reason of our work. We must know their actual needs and expectations in order to satisfy them.
  2. Measuring is the way to get knowledge.
  3. A work well done, at the first attempt, must be the constant goal to achieve, because a work well done always satisfies the customers’ expectations.
  4. Preventing mistakes will have priority over the effort to control them.
  5. 5. Quality improvement must be faced and monitoring in a planned and systematic way. This planning and monitoring must be based on objective data and must be constantly re-fed.
  6. Collaborative attitude and team work are essential in order to get the highest quality levels. There is no place in the company for individualistic attitudes, beyond each other’s needs.
  7. It is everyone’s responsibility to improve quality.
  8. It is very important to pay great attention to capability and training as essential working tools.
  9. Communication is everyone’s task. Suitable communication is essential to progress on quality improvement, by detecting and fulfilling customers’ requirements (legal, rule, etc.)
  10. Quality improvement is a continuous process. So that it is essential to get the habit of constantly improving by creating a high consciousness of quality.
  11. This policy is developed through plans, procedures, goals, improvement actions, etc.
